The American-made Bigsby B16 Vibrato Kit includes an official Bigsby tailpiece plus a floating Sorkin bridge with a 12 inch radius. Specifically designed for Fender Telecaster electric guitars, this complete mod pack also includes a neck shim, which can be slipped into the pocket under the neck to nudge up the height by 0.1875 of an inch, setting up your model to handle the new assembly. Once installed using the pack of four screws, the tension bar of the tailpiece sets you up with a wider break angle over the bridge and a set of needle bearings ensure accurate mounting-bar-return to maintain precise intonation. This tremolo system doesn't just kit out models with a tone-bending whammy bar, but helps deepen the resonance of your instrument and increase the string response. The result is optimised sound and sustain as well as easily refined vibrato tricks. Even if you're using strings with an unwound G, a special saddle has been included.
