Las Uvas de la Ira Vino del Pueblo est un vin rouge de l'A.O. Méntrida produit par la cave Daniel Landi.Daniel Gómez Jiménez Landi commença dans la cave de sa famille, bodega Jiménez Landi, avant de se lancer dans le projet d'élaborer des vins dans sa propre cave. De plus, il participe au projet Comando G, dans le cadre duquel sont élaborés de grands vins à partir de vieux vignobles récupérés de la variété Grenache. En effet, Daniel Landi est un amoureux de ce cépage, de la vigne vieille et de la viticulture peu interventionniste. Las Uvas de la Ira Vino del Pueblo est un vin rouge monovariétal du cépage Grenache. Le raisin provient de trois petites parcelles (environ 2 hectares au total) de vieille vigne, de plus de 60 ans d'âge, plantée à une altitude de 800-900 mètres au dessus du niveau de la mer, et pratiquement à la verticale, avec une pente de 50%. Il s'agit de vignobles qui étaient en très mauvais état récupérés par Daniel Lando, des vignobles entourés de monts avec beaucoup de végétaux et de plantes aromatiques. Les sols sont d'ardoise. Ils sont exposés à un climat méditerranéen humide et plutôt chaud. Le raisin fermente en cuves de chêne français avec des levures autochtones de la même vigne. Las Uvas de la Ira Vino del Pueblo passe par un élevage en foudres de chêne français de 2.000 et 3.000 litres, élevage qui dure 10 mois. Le vin est embouteillé sans être filtré ni stabilisé.
