The Wolfgang Special QM: Snug Yet Fast Feel The Wolfgang Special has been fitted with 22 jumbo frets for a lighter touch that supports fast fret tapping, and since driving riffs are just as essential as blistering leads, the fretboard has been given a compound radius that ensures a snug feel when grabbing chords as well as low string resistance when spinning notes further up the neck. Hit the Ground Running When it comes to the sound, the lightweight basswood body and maple neck combo lays down a full mid-range foundation with a touch of bite.
