Due to faulty electronics, the lens is not able to properly communicate with the camera and consistently produces an error. This prevents the camera from releasing the shutter and therefore, it is not possible to capture images with this lens, rendering it impossible to use. Please Note: There is a significant amount of fungus/moisture within the internal elements of the lens. This affects images rendered under certain conditions and it also means that the lens must be stored separately from other equipment. For these reasons, the item is being sold as spares and repairs.
