Built using high-quality components, including an 8GV speaker for the lower frequencies and an M-32 compression driver for the trebles, this model reproduces audio with crystal clarity and formidable power. Versatility & Ease-of-Use The DAS Audio Altea-408A has been designed from the ground up to maximise flexibility. The polypropylene housing has a convenient trapezoid shape, so this model can just as easily serve as a floor monitor as well as a standard PA speaker. Access and adjust the built-in 24-bit DSP via the integrated LCD display and easily calibrate the performance via the provided pre-tuned presets, including Live, Dance, Vocals, Bass Boost and Vocals & Mode. In addition to all of that, the three-band EQ and standby-mode offer deeper control and increased efficiency, making the Altea-408A a reliable choice for any audio professional. Flexible Installation Options The Altea-408A doesn't just bring power and versatility, but is also easily installed via the pre-fitted M8 rigging points. The compact dimensions measure just 48cm wide, 28cm long and 26cm deep, and the whole thing weighs just 9.5 kilos - all in aid of easy loading and positioning. This flexible model can also be hooked up in various different configurations, all thanks to the fitted set of two F-XLR ports, the 3.5mm mini-jack AUX input and the M-XLR loop-thru port.
