Montgolfier chandelier in gold metal and laden with strings of cut crystals.the chandelier is made up of decorative crown to the top, with a central ring and bottom ring decorated with swag and floral details.Between the crown and central ring hang multiple strings of graduated cut glass crystals more crystals and rectangular prisms enclose the bottom of the piece attaching to bottom ring from which hang further crystal prisms.In the centre of the chandelier is a central bar with a single bulb holder.The chandelier hangs from a 3 link chain, a hoop and cup style ceiling fitter.the light has french twin core wiring and takes 1 e14 small screw in bulb.the metal frame work is in good vintage condition with age related marks and patina.The crystal beads are in good condition bright and clear with no visible chips or cracks some of the prisms may have some small nibbles but nothing that detracts from their beauty.We do take a lot of time and care when wrapping our chandeliers however some of the strings may become dethatched in transit but it is simply a case of hooking the strings back together.All of the items we sell are second hand/vintage/antique and used, so please check the photos before purchasing as these form part of the description.Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or further image requests.Some items may be dismantled for shipping and we use recycled packaging where possible to help save the planet.Our lights are lit for display purposes only and we recommend that all electrical items are checked by a qualified electrician in your own country to comply with local safety regulations.
