Magnificent french antique bronze and glass 6 light crystal cage chandelier.The chandelier is made up of a 3 sided cage formation to the top with scrolling acanthus leaf detail.Underneath the cage is a bar which is encased in blown glass decorative column which leads to a decorative finial.The 6 scrolling acanthus leaf detailed arms protrude from the finial and lead to decorative candle drip holders.The candle drips are card and in keeping with the chandelier.This magnificent chandelier is adorned with an array of crystal and cut glass droplets, each carefully selected for its unique shape and size, creating a mesmerizing display interplay of light and shadow.the chandelier has french twin core wiring and takes 6 bulbs small screw in type e14s.the frame work is solid with a lovely deep aged patina.the drips are in good condition with age related marks.The crystal and glass droplets are bright and free from cracks, some of the prism drops may have small nibbles to their tips nothing that detracts from their beauty.All of the items we sell are second hand/vintage/antique and used, so please check the photos before purchasing as these form part of the description.Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or further image requests.Some items may be dismantled for shipping and we use recycled packaging where possible to help save the planet.Our lights are lit for display purposes only and we recommend that all electrical items are checked by a qualified electrician in your own country to comply with local safety regulations.
