The sound and playability of this special six-string have also been set up to support next-level techniques, from the snug and light feel of the set-in mahogany neck and rounded profile to the solid mahogany body, which lays down some classic acoustic warmth and articulation. This Gibson Signature comes with a Gibson Modern Hardshell case. The Gibson Adam Jones Les Paul Standard: I know the pieces fit... Everything has been coated in a high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, giving the Silverburst paintwork beneath the same green tint as the late-seventies original. The ebony fretboard doesn't just add some aesthetic class but rounds off the natural tone, while a DC High-Gain Humbucker has been mounted at the bridge and left uncovered, bringing plenty of sonic heat, and a BurstBucker 1 dual-coil at the neck balances things out and warms things up. To ensure the best possible amplified performance, this model has even been hand-wired and features Orange Drop capacitors.
